Next Wednesday (4) a process called “One Small Step” will start. At this stage, interested parties will have the opportunity to confirm their reservation for $1,000.
The date for the launch of the definitive seat purchase, as well as its final value, has not yet been disclosed. For comparison, in 2018, the company sold 600 seats for 250 thousand dollars.
Virgin Galactic is offering orbital flights at an altitude of 80 kilometers, which will allow passengers to have a broad view of the Earth and the zero-gravity experience.

The company was founded in 2004 by British billionaire Richard Branson and funded by Paul Allen, a co-founder of Microsoft. In the same year, Virgin Galactic won the Ansari X Prize award for the first private manned rocket to reach space, pocketing $10 million.
